With the size of this head company expanding and the demands of actual manufacturing increasing, HaiLi Extruder Factory, which set up in May,2016, was moved from Houjie to Dalang in Dongguan and have been formal named to “Dongguan City HaiLi Rubber And Plastic Materials Ltd”.
Within this new company, there are two producing departments for, respectively, shoe materials extruding and plastic extruding. Furthermore, shoe materials extruding producing is to mainly manufactory functional materials such as EVA, PE; plastic extruding producing department is to mainly melt and graft products.
Shoe materials department have added a new production line called Double cone type automatic dusting production line. The processes, such as mixing, extruding, automatic dusting, and agitating, are included in this new production line, which have improved the production and crafting technology in order to stabilize the quality of products. Moreover, for improving the operation environment, this department will dedust inside the producing departments during the whole processes, specially closed-rolling which process use enclosed air drafting. Plastic extruding department is built for fitting the development of the head company. Therefore, there is only one double screw extruder production line. The design uses two-layer structure. Original materials are firstly stirred and mixed on the top layer, then fall into the main processes in the bottom layer. In this production line , the automaticity is high that putting in materials and combining processes are all automatic, instead of labors. Products in this department involved with toughening agent, compatibilizer, hot-melt rubber and so on.
New equipment introduced above have strengthened the fundamental development of HaiLi. The establishment of Dongguan City HaiLi Rubber And Plastic Materials Ltd must promote the HaiLi business development and keep forwar.
