Dongguan Haili Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Haili Group. Its R&D center is located in Songshan Lake, Dongguan. In 2017, it was be honored as the High-tech enterprise; In 2021, it was recognized as guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center.
The factory is located in Songshan Lake Ecological Park, Dongguan. It covers an area of nearly 2000 square meters, one unit engineering plastic, one unit for EVA Compounding, Another unit for powder mixing and blending .
Rubber/EVA unit is equipped with two single screw granulation production line:75L mixer,18 inches roller,150mm screw line and 55L mixer,120mm screw line .The production capacity is more than 10 tons/day. The product of functional master batch with carrier of rubber, PE, EVA, such as abrasion resistant, crosslink accelerant agent, cushion materials etc. Those are the talor-made products developed by Haili R&D comcounding unit.
Engineering plastics workshop is currently equipped with high mixing machine (100L), 65mm twin screw extrusion machine, products include plastic modified compounding and melt grafting. The current daily products are nylon flexibilizer, fiberglass compatilizer, functional plastic master batch etc.
Powder processing is equipped with two electric heating horizontal speed mixer machines(1 ton) what can mix a variety of powder. Capacity is more than 6 tons/day. The current daily products are anti-ozone agent, formamide agent, mobile auxiliaries and other functional materials.
